A brazilian reggae band, Diamba is one of the most popular bands in Salvador/BA. Their biggest influence is Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, The Wailers, and other Jamaican bands, they have many brazilian references, Gilberto Gil, Caetano Veloso, Ton Jobim, Luíz Gonzaga end Jackson do Pandeiro for example.
Formed in May 1996 by Caio Frenn, the Diamba released four albums: "Ninguém está a Salvo" (2000), "Tempos de Épocas" (2003), "10 anos AO VIVO + in version CD and DVD" (2007) and "Dia de Encontro en version CD and DVD" (2009).
